Pricing & Retainer Options

HR Services Retainer Option - Includes up to 10 billable hours of HR services and/or Employment Law guidance each month.  All for the low rate of only $550/month or ($6000 annually - lump sum payment (**annual option saves $600**).

• 2 hour minimum, up to 6 hour maximum 
• Services billed at hourly rate per signed proposal/contract 
• Hourly rate depends on type of service needed
• Most services $80.00/hour
• Rates discussed during consultation of services
• Professional Development Trainings and Coaching Sessions are NOT services listed under the "hourly rate" option. 

• 4 hour minimum, up to 8 hour maximum
•  Services billed at half/whole day rate, per signed proposal/contract  

• Minimal up-front fee required, with remainder paid at assignment completion
• Assignment/Project -  Task generally requires >60 days to complete
• Includes HR consulting services (i.e., recruitment, placement of staff, pre-screen services, etc.)
